Kingston Police still seeking public assistance to locate missing youth

Police have reissued the missing person’s report on a missing youth they are still attempting to locate.
Kayla Hartwick, 16, was last seen in the Kingston area on Tuesday, Jul. 30, 2019. She is known to frequent the Cataraqui Centre and downtown Kingston, and it is possible that Hartwick may currently be in the Toronto area. She has also previously travelled to Montreal and Ottawa.
Hartwick is described as a Caucasian female standing 5’ tall and weighing 140 lbs, with medium-brown coloured long hair.
Although Hartwick was reported located on Monday, Jul. 12, Kingston Police said in a press release on Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019 that the youth is still missing — while she was found at one point, she has gone missing again.
