Kingston Police seeking to identify man who used credit card stolen from vehicle

Kingston Police are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle which occurred on August 28, 2018. They say a truck was parked overnight in a private driveway near Davis Drive when an unknown person removed a wallet and tools from the vehicle. One of the cards was then used at a gas bar nearby at approximately 5 a.m. A video of the suspect was obtained and turned over to Kingston Police.
