Kingston Police seeking public’s assistance to identify fraud suspect

Kingston Police have released the above photos and are asking anyone with information about the pictured fraud suspect to come forward.

The male suspect came into possession of the victim’s missing wallet, which contained two credit cards, on June 15, 2019. The victim observed unauthorized transactions on his accounts at various stores in Kingston.

The tap feature had been utilized on these occasions, which allowed the suspect to complete the transactions without entering a PIN number to access the account.

Kingston Police obtained the above photographs from security video at one of the involved stores and are asking the public for their assistance in identifying the male suspect.
