Kingston Police seeking public assistance to identify person of interest

Kingston Police have released the above images and are asking for public assistance to identify a person of interest who had been looking through the windows of a home in the area of Aberdeen Street in Kingston.

The person of interest was captured on security video looking into the home around 10:40 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 5, 2022. Police were contacted and, according to a media release, dated Friday, Sept. 16, 2022, upon arrival they searched the area extensively however, were unable to locate this individual.

Police are interested in identifying this person of interest for the offence of trespass at night, according to the release. The individual is described as Caucasian, in their 40s or 50s with longer curly hair which appears to be blonde and tied back in a ponytail. They appear to be heavy-set and clean-shaven with no noticeable tattoos or scars. According to police, the person of interest was wearing a white baseball cap, a white unbuttoned short-sleeved dress shirt, patterned shorts, and black running shoes.
