Kingston Police seeking information to help identify four suspects in serious assault

Kingston Police are seeking information from the public that could help in identifying the four suspects involved in a violent assault that took place on Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021, at approximately 2 a.m. in the 200 block area of Alfred Street.
According to a release from Kingston Police, dated Friday, Aug. 13, 2021, on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021, police were advised by the complainant, the father of the male victim, that his son had been assaulted, at the beginning of the month, by four suspects: three males and one female.
The male victim had been outside of his residence when he was approached and attacked by the four suspects who, witnesses observed, were acting in a confrontational manner with him before the assault. The victim was struck multiple times, knocked unconscious and suffered serious injuries as a result of the attack. Kingston Police said the attackers were not known to the victim. He visited Kingston General Hospital to have his injuries assessed and treated, according to the release.
The first suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 25 years of age, 5’9” tall, with an athletic build. This suspect also had short light brown hair.
The second suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 25 years of age, and 5’8” tall.
The third suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 25 years of age, 5’8” tall, with short black hair.
The fourth suspect is described as a Caucasian female, approximately 25 years of age, 5’8” tall, with medium to long wavy brown hair. Police said witnesses to the assault overheard this female suspect indicate that the third suspect was her fiancé.
