Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two female theft suspects.

At 2:35 p.m. on Saturday, Jul. 4, 2020 the first female suspect was outside a business on Progress Avenue in Kingston’s west end. She was captured by security video stealing two large flowered pots from outside the front of the business.

On Sunday, Jul. 12, 2020 at 11:50 p.m. two female suspects were captured on video outside the same business and took the remaining two large flowered pots from the front of the building. Due to glare from exterior lighting, the security video is unclear, which made it difficult to clearly see the suspect’s faces or identifying features. It is believed that the first female suspect may have participated in the second theft. The value of the four pots that were stolen was approximately $200.

The first female suspect is described as Caucasian with a medium to heavy build. She has long hair, which is shaved on each side of her head. She also was observed to have multiple tattoos on her chest, hand, and forearm.
