Kingston Police seeking assistance to identify liquor store thief

Kingston Police have released the above images and are asking the public for assistance to identify this individual, who has committed multiple thefts at the same location.

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on July 13, 2021, the male suspect entered a liquor store in midtown Kingston. Security video inside the store captured him proceeding to select a bottle of vodka and then concealing it in the waistband of his shorts, according to a release from Kingston Police, dated Monday, Jul. 19, 2021. He then selected a second bottle of vodka and proceeded to the cash register area and attempted to pay for the one bottle with a bank card that was subsequently declined.
