Kingston Police seek to identify suspects in downtown break and enter




Kingston Police have released the above photos and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the two males pictured, who are suspects in a break and enter at a downtown apartment building.
According to police, at approximately 4:07 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, the two suspects attended an apartment building on Ontario Street in downtown Kingston, where they proceeded to break into the building by “prying a door open in the front lobby.”
“Once inside, the suspects attended the underground parking garage where they proceeded to break into a bicycle storage locker. The two then removed a bicycle from the locker area and left the scene in an unknown direction,” Kingston Police said in a press release on Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2022.
The first suspect, Suspect #1, is described as a Caucasian male, with a thin build, “who appeared to be relatively shorter in stature to the second suspect.” Suspect #1 appeared to have short, brown hair and was clean shaven, with numerous tattoos on both arms. He was wearing a black and white trucker-style baseball cap, a black t-shirt with white lettering, blue shorts, and black running shoes with white soles at the time of the break-in.
Suspect #2 is described as a Caucasian male with a thin build, “who appeared to be taller than his partner.” He was wearing a grey mask, which obscured most of his face, police said, however, Suspect #2 was wearing a blue hoodie, black pants, and grey running shoes with black trim, white soles, and a white Nike swoosh.
The bicycle that was stolen was a 21-speed GT Aggressor with 27.5 inch wheels and black and white lettering.
