Kingston Police seek to identify suspect in multiple break and enters

Kingston Police have released the above image and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect who broke into a residential apartment building multiple times in mid-September.

According to a release from Kingston Police, dated Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, the suspect broke into a residential apartment building located in the area of Armstrong Road in Kingston’s west end.

“Once inside the building, the suspect would wander the corridors and steal packages,” police said. “The suspect had been observed carrying break-and-enter tools and had threatened residents when confronted.”

Police described the suspect as Caucasian with a slim to medium build. “The suspect appears to have brown eyes, brown hair and, in this instance, had a short scruffy beard,” police noted.

According to the release, the suspect was wearing a black jacket with wording on the left outer sleeve, as well as a black hat. Police also noted that the suspect appears to have tattoos on the back of his left calf in the form of words or script.
