Kingston Police seek six suspects after violent attack at mall bus transfer station

Kingston Police have released the above photos and are requesting public assistance to identify those pictured, suspects in a violent attack that occurred in the city’s west end.

The six suspects were involved in a “serious assault” at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Friday, Mar. 10, 2023.

According to police, without provocation, the suspects attacked the victim, who was standing at the bus transfer station in the area of the Cataraqui Centre, located at 945 Gardiners Road.

“During the assault a bystander was able to interject and confront the attackers at which time all of the suspects fled south on foot across the parking lot,” Kingston Police said in a media release on Tuesday, Mar. 14, 2023.

“The victim sustained injuries as a result of the assault and was transported to the hospital to be assessed and provided treatment.”

Police said that most of the suspects were disguised by masks, however, they are hopeful that members of the public may be able to identify them from the clothes they were wearing on the date of the violent incident, as pictured.

    I hope they are okay physically and mentally
