Kingston Police seek public assistance to locate missing youth

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing female youth.
Kayla Hartwick, 16, was last seen in the Kingston area on Tuesday, Jul. 30, 2019. She is known to frequent the Cataraqui Centre and downtown Kingston. According to Kingston Police, it is possible that Hartwick may currently be in the Toronto area, however, she has previously travelled to Montreal and Ottawa.
Hartwick is described as a Caucasian female standing 5’0” tall and weighing 140 lbs, with long, medium-brown-coloured hair.

Editorial note: The same youth was reported missing earlier this month. Kingston Police released information today, Wednesday, Jul. 31, 2019, indicating Hartwick is missing again.
