LOCATED: Kingston Police seek public assistance to locate missing woman

UPDATE (Thursday, May 30, 2019): According to Kingston Police, Julia MacKinnon has been located safely. Thanks to all who shared.

Police are seeking assistance in locating missing female Julia MacKinnon, 28 years of age.

MacKinnon is described as standing 5’2″, weighing 170 lbs. She has long, wavy, dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing dark pants, possibly jeans, a dark brown jacket and possibly a printed blouse. She was last seen in the area of Stanley Street at approximately 11:00 pm on Sunday, May 26, 2019.

MacKinnon has no known associates in Kingston, although one possible sighting placed her in the area of Portsmouth Avenue on Monday, May 27, 2019.
