Kingston Police seek public assistance to locate missing Ottawa woman
Kingston Police have released the above photos and are asking for public assistance in locating a missing woman, Cecilia Tardiff, 31.
Tardiff was reported missing by her family on Monday, Sept. 6, 2021, and was last seen in the area of Brock Street in downtown Kingston on Monday, Aug. 30, 2021. While she is from the Ottawa area, Tardiff may still be in Kingston, according to Kingston Police, who noted her current whereabouts are unknown and her family is concerned for her well-being.
Tardiff is described as standing 5’2” and weighing 110 lbs, with blue eyes and long, brown hair, which she usually wears in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a light blue knit dress, leopard print slip-on shoes, and carrying a pink purse with a bow as well as a grey duffle bag with pink trim.
