LOCATED: Kingston Police seek public assistance to locate missing 15-year-old youth

According to Kingston Police, missing Kingston youth, Patrick Stephens, was located safely in the Quinte West area.
“Thank you to all those who assisted in providing and sharing information in regards to this youth’s possible whereabouts,” Kingston Police said in a media release.

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Kingston youth, Patrick Stephens, 15 years of age.
Police said that Stephens was last seen on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2022, in the area of Portsmouth Avenue near Elmwood Street in midtown Kingston.
“Stephens’ current whereabouts are unknown at this time however, it is believed that they may be in the City of Trenton or the Quinte West area,” Kingston Police said in a press release dated Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022.
Stephens is described as Caucasian, standing 5’8”, and weighing approximately 119 lbs, with a slim build and wavy black hair. The youth was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, black shoes, and carrying a red bag.
