Kingston Police seek public assistance to identify late-night prowler

Police are looking to identify a man spotted in a fenced-in yard of a residence on Montreal Street earlier this month.
The incident took place on Tuesday, Jul. 9, 2019, when, at approximately 11 p.m., a woman discovered an unknown male in her fenced backyard at a Montreal Street address between Weller Avenue and Sutherland Drive.
According to a Thursday, Jul. 18, 2019 news release from Kingston Police, the male may have been peeping into windows. The man fled when the complainant screamed, and was not in the area when police arrived.
Kingston Police are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
The male suspect is described to be in his mid-20s with blonde hair. We was wearing a red hat and an unbuttoned blue and white plaid dress shirt.
