Kingston Police seek assistance to locate missing youth

Kingston Police have released the above photos and are asking for the public’s assistance to locate Kara Russell, 14 years of age.

According to police, Russell was last seen on Thursday, May 26, 2022. Her current whereabouts are unknown, however police said Russell may be staying with a friend and frequenting the Cataraqui Centre area.

Russell is described as about 5’3” and 110lbs, blue eyes, and currently has long curly blue hair. According to police, they were last seen wearing red and white pajama pants and a black long sleeve crop top with red and white stripes across the middle.
