Kingston Police seek assistance to identify suspect in three break-and-enters

Kingston Police have released the above images and are asking for public assistance to identify a suspect in a break-and-enter at a residential apartment building located in the 200 block of Bath Road earlier this month.

At approximately 9:15 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, the break-and-enter occurred, according to a release from Kingston Police.

“Once inside the suspect proceeded to attempt to pry open a door of two separate community meeting rooms,” police said.

“It was discovered that the same suspect who had committed this break and enter had also forced an outside door open with a pry tool to gain access to a building in the area of Wright Crescent and Palace Road in midtown Kingston earlier that morning at approximately 5:25 a.m. Once inside the suspect had accessed an underground parking garage and damaged three different vehicles.”

Police also detailed a third occasion, which occurred a few days later. According to the release, at that time the same individual reattended the residential apartment building in the area of Wright Crescent and Palace Road and proceeded to steal various Amazon packages which had been delivered to the building.

In the release, the suspect is described as a clean-cut Caucasian individual who was wearing a black jacket, a red hoodie/vest, black pants, and tan and black winter boots. This individual was also wearing a black and maroon “Champion” backpack.
