Kingston Police seek assistance to identify suspect after break and enter at construction yard

Kingston Police have shared the above images and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a break and enter at a local construction yard.

At approximately 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, Apr. 25, 2024, the suspect entered the yard, located on Lappan’s Lane, and proceeded to steal several items, including the cabling to various pieces of equipment, according to a release from Kingston Police. The suspect reportedly left the yard on a bicycle with an attached trailer (as pictured above).

“The suspect is described as Caucasian, wearing a red hooded sweater, a black coat, black gloves, dark Ecko Unlimited brand pants, and black boots. At the time of the incident the suspect was wearing a dark coloured face covering,” police detailed.

“The suspect was also riding a dark coloured mountain bike with a dark coloured ‘child carrier’ style trailer attached.”
