Kingston Police seek assistance to identify male involved in west end assault



Kingston Police have released the above images and are asking for public assistance to identify a male suspect involved in an assault at a business in Kingston’s west end.
At approximately 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022, the male suspect attended a business located at 945 Gardiners Road, and, according to Kingston Police, he made employees at the business feel very uncomfortable with rude, aggressive and inappropriate behaviour and remarks.
In a media release, dated Thursday, Oct. 27, 2022, police said that the suspect returned the following day, October 14, 2022, at approximately 7:30 p.m. and, during his interactions with staff in the business on this date, without provocation, proceeded to assault one of the employees prior to leaving.
Kingston Police said the suspect, who possibly goes by the name “Roberto”, is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 40 to 45 years of age, who was clean-shaven with a slim build, and slicked back short black hair.
