Update: Located – Kingston Police request public assistance to locate missing youth

Update (Monday, Apr. 6, 2020): According to Kingston Police, Sidney Coates, 13, was located safely on Wednesday, Apr. 1, 2020. Police wish to thank the public for their help in spreading the word on Coates’ disappearance.
Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing youth, Sidney Coates, 13.
Coates was last seen at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Mar. 29, 2020 when he left a residence on Jennifer Court in the area of Princess Street and Centennial Drive. Police believe he may have been heading to a residence in Kingston’s north end.
Coates is described as a Caucasian male standing 5’7” tall and weighing approximately 110 lbs, with short brown hair and hazel eyes.
