Update (Friday, May 15, 2020): According to Kingston Police, Percephony White, 14, previously reported missing on Thursday, May 14, 2020, has been located safely.

Kingston Police are requesting public assistance in locating a missing female youth.

Percephony White, 14, was last seen on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at approximately 6 a.m. in the area of Division Street and Railway Street. She is described as a Caucasian female standing 5’3” and weighing 215 lbs, with short, spiked hair that is shaved on each side. She was wearing dark burgundy pants and a black sweater. White also has tattoos on her chest.
