Kingston Police request assistance to locate missing person last seen in downtown Kingston

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual, last seen in the area of Bagot and Johnson Streets in downtown Kingston.

According to a release from Kingston Police, Melissa (surname withheld), 42 years of age, was last seen on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023, and her current whereabouts are unknown.

“Melissa suffers from medical-related issues and there are concerns for their well-being. Melissa is known to frequent the area of Montreal Street and Rideau Street, as well as Garrett Street in downtown Kingston,” police said.

In the release, police described Melissa as Caucasian, approximately 5’8” tall, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Melissa was last seen wearing a red coat, gray pants, a blue and grey toque, and black winter boots with red laces.
