Kingston Police request assistance to locate missing man

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for public assistance in locating a missing Kingston man.
Robert Cummings, 51, was last seen on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 in the area of Montreal and Rideau Streets. According to police, Cummings has medical issues and there are concerns for his wellbeing. He is known to frequent both Martha’s Table and the Integrated Care Hub. According to local service providers and volunteers, Cummings has severe mobility issues and often walks with a walker.
Cummings is described as a Caucasian male, standing approximately 5’11” and weighing 141 lbs with a medium build and a fair complexion. He has blue eyes and brown, short receding hair, and he may be unshaven with a partial beard. Police said Cummings also has distinctive cauliflower ears (a deformity caused by blunt trauma or injury).
