LOCATED: Kingston Police request assistance to locate missing 34-year-old

On the morning of Friday, Jan 20, 2023, Kingston Police stated that Victoria Hazell, who was last heard from in December 2022, was located “and is safe.”

Kingston Police have released the above image and are asking for public assistance in locating 34-year-old Victoria Hazell.

According to police, the whereabouts of Hazell are currently unknown, however they were last heard from in December 2022. Hazell is known to frequent the Belleville area.

Police described Hazell as Caucasian, 5’4″, 110 lbs, with brown eyes and long dyed hair which they frequently dye a different colour. Hazell has a tattoo of a “third eye” on their back and a beauty mark on their face.
