I’m 100% certain that the KPD have a million high priority cases they need to work on and keeping people alive and safe that they could be reviewing and or doing a better job at protecting and serving. The guy got away, it’s whatever. He didn’t take someone’s life like there’s a hundred others at risk of losing.
