Kingston Police request assistance in locating missing man

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for assistance from members of the public in locating a missing man.

Police were contacted on Tuesday, Feb 12, 2019 regarding a missing male, Paul Helland. Helland who was born April 25, 1960 was last seen on January 21, 2019 at a local shelter. He has not been seen since.  Helland is approximately 5’8”, 141 pounds and has a slim build. He is described as having short grey hair and a goatee. Helland usually wears a large black winter jacket, a black baseball cap with flames on it, and winter boots. The missing male may be wearing glasses.

Police have searched for the male throughout Kingston including local hospitals and shelters with negative results. It is uncommon for this male not to be seen in and around the Kingston area.
