Kingston Police looking to identify individual suspected of making death threats

Kingston Police have released the above image and are asking for public assistance to identify an individual suspected of making death threats via fax.
On Friday, May 6, 2022, the suspect attended a store located in downtown Kingston and proceeded to send threatening messages via fax to a victim as well as to the Kingston Police. According to Kingston Police, the suspect threatened to kill the victim In these faxed messages.
Kingston Police are attempting to identify this suspect who is described as Caucasian, with a medium build and bald/shaved head. On the date of the offence the suspect was wearing a dark-coloured t-shirt, dark pants, dark shoes, and a dark-coloured mask which he used to obscure his identity when he entered the store.
