Kingston Police looking to identify break-and-enter suspect

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the person pictured, the male suspect in a break and enter.
According to police, the suspect broke into an underground parking garage at an apartment building on Leroy Grant Drive in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023. Once inside the parking garage, the suspect proceeded to steal items from multiple vehicles.
“In doing so the suspect also caused damage to several vehicles,” Kingston Police said in a press release on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2023.
At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a black jacket with white writing on the sleeves and shoulders, as well as dark pants, dark boots, and gloves with red accents. The suspect was also wearing a white face mask and “had a dark hood pulled over their head,” police said.
