Police have released the above photos and are asking for public assistance in identifying the suspect, a male involved in two instances of being indecent in public (full images below).

According to Kingston Police, the suspect arrived at a mid-town hotel parking lot at approximately 5:08 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 7, 2019. He was driving a black truck, which he exited wearing only a black hat and a pair of shoes. He then entered the hotel through the main entrance and proceeded to walk through the hotel hallways before finally leaving the premises at approximately 5:18 a.m. During his walk through the halls, no employees or hotel guests observed the man, however, his actions were captured on security video, police said. No other individuals were seen inside the black truck.

Just over an hour later, a black truck was observed on security video in the parking lot of a west end retirement home. The same male suspect, still unclothed, got out of the truck and went to the front doors of the building. Unable to gain access as the doors were locked, the suspect returned to his vehicle and left in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his mid-to-late 20s, standing approximately 5’8” to 5’10” with dark brown hair. He has a scar under his belly button and was driving a small black pickup truck that appeared to be a Ford Ranger.
