According to a release from Kingston Police, at approximately 8:35 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2024, the two individuals entered the grocery store, which is located near the intersection of Sir John A Macdonald Boulevard and Princess Street. This suspect was wearing a green Reebok jacket/hoodie, green pants, and reading glasses. They were reportedly also carrying a white bag with a pink and purple flower designs on it.

The second suspect is described by police as Caucasian, in their 30, with a slim-to-medium build, and was wearing a black ribbed hooded jacket, blue jeans, and black running shoes. They were reportedly carrying a dark tote bag with coloured designs on it, as well as a black handbag and a grey backpack.
