UPDATE: Kingston Police look to identify male party-goer in University District


Update (Oct. 26, 2021):
Yesterday, Monday, Oct. 25, 2021, Kingston Police had requested public assistance in identifying the male above, who they believed provided a false name when officers issued him an Administrative Monetary Penalty for Fail to Comply with an Order issued by the Head of Council during a Declared Emergency on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021.
Shortly after 4 p.m. Monday afternoon the male had turned himself into Kingston Police, according to a release.
The male was subsequently charged with one criminal charge of Obstructing a Peace Officer, an Administrative Monetary Penalty of Obstruct or Hinder an Officer, as well as an Administrative Monetary Penalty for Fail to Comply with an Order issued by the Head of Council during a Declared Emergency with his proper name.
Kingston Police would like to thank the public’s assistance in helping identify this male.

Kingston Police are asking for public assistance to identify the individual pictured who was present in the University District over the weekend.
At approximately 2:42 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021, the male pictured was issued a Monetary Administrative Penalty on Aberdeen Street after the area was declared an Aggravated Nuisance Party.
At this time, police have begun an investigation into this individual as they believe the name that was provided to them on that day was fictitious, according to a release from Kingston Police.
