Kingston Police investigating head-on collision near Grass Creek Park

A head-on collision on Highway 2 East sent on driver to hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to Kingston Police.

The collision occurred at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 20, 2018 between a pickup truck and a small car on Highway 2 near Grass Creek Park. The driver of the pickup truck was uninjured, while the driver of the small car suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to Kingston General Hospital by Frontenac Paramedics.

Traffic officers trained in Level 4 reconstruction were called out to investigate the collision, and Kingston Police continue to investigate.
