Kingston Police continue to investigate firearm discharge incident
Kingston Police, with the assistance of OPP, are continuing to investigate the discharge of a firearm following a dispute between two males and a female on Conacher Dr Saturday afternoon.

Neighbours say Kingston Police were called to the scene at around 12:14 p.m. after a resident heard a dispute outside one of the townhouse units at 312 Conacher Dr.

Witnesses say a male allegedly pointed a firearm at another, and then pointed the gun in the air, discharging it. The male suspect then left the scene, according to Kingston Police Media Relations Officer Ash Gutheinz.

Gutheinz described the incident as a neighbour dispute and confirmed that the discharge of a firearm was continuing to be investigated.
A detective, several Kingston Police uniform officers, OPP ERT and Canine Units continued to comb the scene for evidence throughout the afternoon. The suspect remains at-large.
