Kingston Police asking for public’s assistance to locate missing 16-year-old

Kingston Police are continuing to attempt to locate 16-year-old missing female Hailey Brown and are further reaching out to those with connections to the Trenton area. Detective Lisa Damzcyk has confirmed information that Hailey was recently known to be in and around Trenton in the last 24 to 48 hours. Quinte West OPP has been assisting in the matter.

Kingston Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Hailey Brown, a missing 16-year-old female.

Kingston Police say she was last seen on October 31, 2020 in the area of John Counter Boulevard and Montreal Street. She had indicated that she would be attending a Compton Street address in Kingston’s north end, however, police say she did not arrive at this location.

She is described by police as Caucasian, 5’2” tall, weighing 99 lbs, with a fair complexion, slim build, long blond hair and blue eyes. She has a tattoo of a flower on her left upper arm.
