Kingston Police asking for public help to locate missing person

Kingston Police are looking for the public’s assistance to locate a missing and wanted person.

“The Kingston Police Criminal Investigation Division is currently searching for Soleil Dixon who left her residence on October 19 just before midnight,” said Kingston Police in an advisory. “Ms. Dixon is currently on conditions that requires her to remain in her house unless in the company of her surety or for medical emergency.”

Kingston Police said that at this time, there do not appear to be any medical concerns for Ms. Dixon’s well-being.
