Kingston Police asking for assistance to locate missing 12-year-old

UPDATE: Percephony White was found safe and sound on September 2nd, 2018.

Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 12 year old Percephony White from Kingston. She is also known to go by the last name of Upchurch. She is believed to be in the Kingston area and is known to frequently use public transportation.

Percephony is approximately 5’3″, 151 lbs, most likely wearing shorts and cropped top. Please see attached photo and if seen or if anyone has any information please call Kingston Police at 613-549-4660.
