Kingston Police ask public’s assistance to identify violent suspect
Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance to identify a male they say was involved in a violent incident. On October 18, 2018 at approximately 9:30 p.m., the suspect and victim were at a north-end hotel. Kingston Police say the suspect became angry with the victim and allegedly struck her in the mouth. Police say he then started attacking her, demanded money and started to choke her. The victim tried to scream and the suspect threatened her. The victim begged him to leave, at which point he took her money and phone. As he was driving away, he tossed her phone out the window.
