Kingston Police arrest woman as a result of cocaine trafficking investigation

Members of the Kingston Police Street Crime Unit concluded an ongoing cocaine trafficking investigation on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, with the execution of a drug search warrant.
According to a release from Kingston Police, members of the Kingston Police Emergency Response Unit assisted with the execution of the warrant at a residence on Bishop Street in the City of Kingston. A female was located in the residence at the time of the search warrant and arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, police said.
A search of the residence resulted in officers locating a quantity of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, MDMA, Adderall pills and evidence of drug trafficking, according to the release. Jacinta Hartin, 35 years of age, was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and was released from the police station with a future court date.
