Kingston man charged after repeatedly exposing himself downtown

A Kingston man has been charged for repeatedly exposing himself and masturbating inside downtown businesses.

Over a two-day period from Sunday, Dec. 16 to Monday, Dec. 17, 2018, the accused man was observed masturbating inside the businesses. The accused was known to the owners of all the business he entered, and was easily identified by police. On Wednesday, Dec. 19, the suspect was located and arrested.

The 25-year-old local man has been charged with three counts of indecent act and three counts of breach of probation.
