Kingston man arrested after stolen boat recovered

A local man has been arrested after the Leeds County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) recovered a boat stolen from Charleston Lake.
The OPP responded to reports of a possible stolen vehicle and boat at Charleston Lake Provincial Park just before 10 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2019.
As a result of the ensuing investigation, Nicholas Tuttle, 34, of Kingston was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, theft over $5,000 of a motor vehicle, and mischief under $5,000.
