Kingston man arrested after breaking glass door at the Hoagie House

A local man has been arrested after kicking in the glass of the front door at the Hoagie House on Division Street.

On Friday, June 7, 2019 at approximately 1:15 a.m., witnesses observed the male accused walking north on Division Street talking to himself and appeared to be angry.

Moments later, witnesses heard glass breaking and observed the male accused breaking the glass of the front door at the Hoagie House. The accused man then continued northbound on Division Street. Kingston Police responded and located the accused at Division Street and Stephen Street.

The 43-year-old Kingston man has been charged was mischief under $5,000, and two counts of breach of probation.
