Kingston man and woman facing fentanyl trafficking and weapons charged

The execution of a search warrant at Bath Road address in Kingston has resulted in the arrest of two individuals who are now facing drug trafficking and weapons related charges.

According to Kingston Police, officers executed a drug search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of Bath Road (between Sir John A Macdonald Boulevard and Portsmouth Avenue) on Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2021. The subsequent search of the residence resulted in officers locating:

  • Cocaine
  • Crystal methamphetamine
  • Fentanyl
  • Evidence of drug trafficking
  • 9mm handgun with ammunition

“The fentanyl was pressed into counterfeit Tevo-Oxycocet 5mg/325 mg pills contained in pill bottles. The pills look exactly like oxycodone pills posing a serious risk to drug users,” Kingston Police said in a press release on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, noting that the amount of fentanyl seized by police totaled over a kilogram.

As a result, Chu Ming Sun, 24, of Kingston has been charged with:

  • Possession of fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, and amphetamine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000
  • Possession of a firearm and ammunition

Victoria White, 24, also of Kingston, has been charged with:

  • Possession of fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, and amphetamine for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000
  • Possession of a firearm and ammunition
