Kingston male wanted on robbery-related charges

Kingston Police have released the above photo and are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a local wanted male, Kody Whitmarsh, 37.

Police said that Whitmarsh is currently wanted by the Kingston Police Major Crimes Unit for robbery-related charges. While he resides in the City of Kingston, Whitmarsh’s whereabouts are currently unknown.

Whitmarsh is described as a Caucasian male standing 5’8” tall and weighing 150 lbs, with a fair complexion and a medium build. He has short brown hair and brown eyes, as well as numerous tattoos, including a tribal design on his right forearm, two roses on his left forearm, and the words “Good & Evil” on his chest, Kingston Police said in a press release on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021.
