2018 Kinsmen Dream Home Lottery winners announced

The highly-anticipated 2018 Kinsmen Dream Home draw took place on Saturday, December 29th at the Kingston Frontenacs game.

The grand prize was a new waterfront home built by Home Valley Builders on a nearly 2 acre lot on Loughborough Lake. The home, built in the new “Applewood Lane” subdivision being developed by Magenta Waterfront Development Corporation, is valued at $780,000.

In addition to the grand prize, several cash prize winners were also declared.
