Get one-on-one help with geneaology research at KFPL

Whether you are trying to branch out on your family tree, digging for details on a dead-end ancestor, or otherwise in need of genealogical research help, Kingston Frontenac Public Library’s Local History and Heritage Librarian Anne Hall is here to help.
Schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting with Hall to discuss your genealogical research, one-on-one, the library offered in a media release. Get tips and suggestions to take your family tree to the next level.
“Please prepare your question in advance and email it to me a week before your session — thirty minutes will fly past,” Hall asked.
The sessions will run throughout the rest of March and will be an invaluable resource for everyone researching the past, according to a release from KFPL.
A KFPL card is required to register. If you don’t have one, the library said that you can sign up for a membership online at https://register.kfpl.ca. Registrants will be mailed the link immediately upon registration and will require the latest version of Zoom.
With limited space, the library asks patrons to register for one session per person. Register online at one of the following links, or phone 613-549-8888.
