Pumpkin, Fall, Kingston

What a week!  Thanks so much to everyone who has so thoughtfully contributed to our posts regarding the upcoming Mayoral election and the impending doom of a new Starbucks downtown (haha, just kidding about the whole doom thing but ya know…).  If you haven’t weighed in yet, have a peak and let us know what you think.  We’ll have more election coverage coming up as the big day draws nearer, hopefully including a 6 Questions that is in the works with the one and only candidate who responded to our request to do so (you’ll just have to wait and see who that is).

This weekend promises some great live music in town.  Tonight there’s a show at The Mansion featuring Carpenter, Cobra Skulls and Cheap Girls or you can head over to The Grad Club and catch Bruce Peninsula with Ghostkeeper.  Tomorrow there will be more tough decisions to make with Jason Collett at the Grad Club, Olenka and The Autumn Lovers at The Mansion, a live Blues recording with Jerome Godboo and friends at Brandees and Dance to the Underground presented by CFRC also at The Mansion.

Whatever you end up doing, hope you have a great one!  TGIF!

Thanks to Edith Maracle for today’s photo.
