Friday Foto

Fort Henry, Murney Tower, Kingston, Ontario

I love this time of year, especially in Kingston.  There’s nothing like a limestone wall covered in bright red leaves on the backdrop of a gorgeous blue sky.  My family is coming to my house for Thanksgiving for the first time ever and I’m so excited to show them the beauty of Kingston in October.  We’ll be buying most of our Thanksgiving produce at the Market tomorrow and we have a local turkey on order from John’s as well as pumpkin tarts from Pan Chancho.  Are you staying in town this weekend or doing some traveling?  Do you do the traditional turkey dinner or does your family celebrate in some other way?  Let us know what your favourite part of a Kingston Thanksgiving is.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Special thanks to jj8rock for today’s photo.
