Friday Foto

Limestone townhouse, Kingston, OntarioHappy Friday!  Is it just me or has summer zoomed by at an alarmingly fast rate?  To think that public and high school students will be back in the classrooms early this year, in less than a month, is unbelievable.   Shortly thereafter, Queen’s, St. Lawrence and RMC will also fill up, and Kingston will buzz with all sorts of new activities.  In the meantime, we’re buzzing with tourists, while this weekend is a big one for Kingston’s tourism industry.  From the Wolfe Island Music Festival to the 1,000 Islands Poker Run, the Sheepdog Trials as well as Bachman and Cummings, the Limestone City will be a madhouse for the next few days.  But I doubt you’ll hear many of the businesses complain.  Today’s photo comes courtesy of kingstongal, and it showcases one of her favorite little streets in Kingston.  I think that quaint scenery such as this keeps people coming back to Kingston just as much as any event we play host to.
