Four more people test positive for COVID-19 in KFL&A region

The official number of patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the area has doubled, with Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington (KFL&A) Public Health now confirming eight cases in the region.
Until Monday, Mar. 23, 2020, the region had only four known cases, but by 4:06 p.m., an additional four cases had been reported.
Those cases are as follows:
Case number five is a male in his 40s who had contact with a COVID-19 patient who had previously returned from travel. That man is currently in self-isolation.
Case number six is a male in his 30s who travelled to the United Kingdom and is currently self-isolating.
Case number seven is a male in his 70s who travelled to Singapore and is currently sef-isolating.
And case number eight is a female in her 70s who recently travelled to Singapore and is currently self-isolating.
