According to CSC, the package came from a suspected drone drop, and was seized on the perimeter of Collins Bay Institution “as the result of the vigilance of staff members” on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021.

The seized items included tobacco, drugs, cell phones and cell phone accessories. CSC said the drugs found consisted of marijuana and shatter, and the total estimated institutional value of this seizure was $202,759.
